All equipment for class in the studio can be borrowed as always
Classes are aimed at all levels & you do not have to be super flexible to join in!
You are stronger than you think.. mentally & physically..
Starting classes can be very daunting for a beginner but believe me everyone else started somewhere
You would be most welcome in any of our classes
We both genuinely believe so much in the practice, giving you the ownership of your personal practice & yoga journey
Simple pay per class, I can assure you it is the most wonderful practice
We do work hard... but we do laugh a lot
We have an 8 hour strict free transfer/cancellation policy in place
Ticket transfers restricted to 1 time per booking & are restricted to 3 weeks after the original booking.
Cancellation fee is £1 fee if cancelled before 8 hour time frame, otherwise no refund will be given
You are able to transfer your booking to another class up to 8 hours before class starts, this is your responsibility & can be done using the booking number in the confirmation email
If you do not wish to transfer your payment to another class please contact us for a refund.
Refunds will be subject to a £1 charge to cover costs

Sunday Morning, we work hard, setting you up for the rest of the week
Dynamic sequences & static poses, breathing, mobilising techniques & relaxation
Monday - 6.30pm - 7.45pm - £10
Thursday - 6.30pm - 7.45pm - £10
A slower-paced intelligent hatha yoga class ideal for beginners or improvers
Working on the fundamentals of the basic forms of asana & pranayama (postures & breath) & meditation
STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY
Wednesday - 6.30pm - 7.45pm - £10
Downward dog is a resting pose.. this is a more challenging class than Basics, not suitable for beginners
Classes incorporate intelligent dynamic vinyasa sequences & static poses, as well as breathing, mobilising techniques & relaxation
Encouraging strength building, efficiency in breathing, core stability, flexibility, balance & stamina
