2022 Schedule
We are teaching 4 general studio classes a week
Monday, Tuesday Wednesday & Thursday 6.30pm - 7.45pm
Our Monday & Tuesday 6.30pm classes are the least challenging & are currently beginners
Our Wednesday & Thursday 6.30pm classes are more challenging
All these classes are not suitable for Pregnancy
Please note no one else uses or has access to our teaching space, minimising risk of any infections
We have always maintained very strict cleaning protocols regardless of the current covid-19
We are an independent 'Yoga Space' an extension of our home rather than a business model studio
We both completed our 4 year teacher training in 2014
& have been teaching here in our studio since

Yoga for Endometriosis
Starting after the Jubilee bank holiday
Friday 10th June 6.30pm - 7.45pm
Yoga can help ease symptoms & improve your well-being, reduce pain, & relieve tension.
Having personal experience from living with severe complexities & surgeries from this disease. I know it's a very lonely, constantly challenging & frustrating place to be.
These classes will focus on talking to each other/sharing & being heard, breathing, pelvic floor dysfunction & pain, relaxation, a gentle practice suitable for all abilities & no yoga experience necessary.
