We are under the arch opposite the Barley Mow pub & next door to the County

If you drive under the arch, we have limited free parking, we do share this space with the offices in the front of the building

Parking is free after 6pm on our surrounding streets Glumangate is just below us & Rose Hill East is just off Saltergate on the other side

There is also some free parking on Marsden St outside the gates of the NHS building

Just up from us on Saltergate (towards Ashgate) is the Bluebell Wood Charity car park (the old council offices) that's 80p an hour

If you are a Chesterfield resident and you pay your council tax to Chesterfield Borough Council you will have received a parking disc with your annual council tax bill.

It can be used to park for free in some Chesterfield Borough Council off-street pay and display car parks: The parking disc must be displayed on the dashboard of your vehicle and clearly visible through the windscreen when using the off-street car park included in the scheme.

Our closest 2 are
• Holywell Cross (the 'Donut')
• Albion Road

Parking is free of charge for these two places before 10am and after 3pm Monday to Saturday and all day on a Sunday and bank holidays.

It cannot be used in any other off-street car park or on-street parking bays. Normal ticket charges will apply at these locations, and failure to display a ticket will result in the issue of a Penalty Charge Notice.
