We use a very simple booking system where you pay for a single class, this can be transferred to any other class with a strict 8 hour cancel policy
a £1 charge will occur if cancelled due to increasing booking & papal fees
... new students drop in & out all the time, some leave, some stay.. some disappear & are always welcome back anytime
Classes are suitable for anyone with an average fitness level & who don't have a serious medical issues.. Basics is ideal if you are new to Yoga
We only need to know if you are working with any injury or illness that may affect the practice

The word hatha literally means 'effort' 'force' or 'exertion'
hatha yoga technically refers to an approach to Yoga which begins with exertion or physical effort.
You will expect to find elements of most official Yoga systems in our classes
(Iyengar, Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Bikram) including elements of Yin, Therapy, Restorative & Vinyasa
complete with a strong focus on anatomy.
The yoga we teach is based more around Intelligent movement yoga rather than Performance yoga
